Eight years in, and our record speaks for itself.
Zero Lost Time Injuries across seven consecutive years. More than 40 shutdowns delivered annually. Revenue more than doubled since FY22/23. A residential leadership team 100% based in the Pilbara – living in the same towns as the people we lead and the communities we serve. No shortcuts. Just consistent delivery, done properly, every day.
But what drives us most isn’t the operational numbers. It’s the apprentices coming through our program at Tom Price Senior High School who are building their futures here. It’s the $250,000 we put back into local communities every year. It’s the mental health program we built from the ground up that three Tier One resource companies have since adopted. That’s what eight years of doing this the right way looks like.
